New draft law


A new draft law proposes faster examination, a shift from ex officio review of earlier rights to an opposition-based system, earlier publication of applications, and new administrative procedures for opposition, invalidity and revocation. The reform would bring Ukrainian practice significantly closer to the EU model.

Importantly, the proposal is still at the public consultation stage and has not yet been introduced as a bill before Parliament.
