Conflicting Goods & Services List updated


IPONZ has updated the Conflicting Goods and Services List under its practice guidelines on identical or similar trade marks. We have also updated the corresponding Conflicting Class Table in section 6.2 of these guidelines, to align with the Conflicting Goods and Services List.
The new Conflicting Goods and Services List includes entries that reflect recent changes to the international classification of goods and services. These changes came into effect on 1 January 2026 with the 13th edition of the Nice Classification.
