Official Fees amended


New official fees payable to the Hungarian IPO have been in effect since 13 April 2025.

The list of key official fee modifications is as follows:

National Trademark Application,
- one class: 175 EUR
- two classes: 233 EUR
- three classes: 320 EUR
- four classes: 436 EUR

EU to national trademark conversion,
- one class: 155
- two classes: 223 EUR
- three classes: 326 EUR
- four classes: 463 EUR
- each class above four: 83 EUR

Trademark renewal,
- one class: 205 EUR
- two classes: 274 EUR
- three classes: 376 EUR
- each class above four: 137 EUR
