It was amended three times in 1993, 2001 and 2009. The third amendment became effective as of 1 October 2009. Implementing Regulation of the patent law came into force on 1 April 1985. It was amended three times in 1993, 2001 and 2010. The third amendment became effective as of 1 February 2010. The Guidelines for Examination came into force on 1 April 1993. Since then, there have been four major amendments in 2001, 2006 and 2010. The third amendment became effective as of 1 February 2010.
