George C. J. Moore, Barrister and Attorney provides Caribbean Trademark Services including registrations, renewals, searches, enforcement, advice, research and other legal assistance for the 18 British Commonwealth jurisdictions in the Caribbean area. George C. J. Moore is admitted to the Bar in England, Florida and eight English common law countries in the Caribbean. He holds Cambridge University degrees in English law and International law. An INTA member for more than 25 years, he is Country contributor on the trademark laws of the Caribbean for five different publications, including INTA and the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, the latter based in London. He is also a former Editorial Board Member of The Trademark Reporter, published by INTA, and of The International Lawyer, the journal of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association. He is also a Fellow of the Society of Advanced Legal Studies, London.

Mr. Moore is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in International Law and holds the highest rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, an "av" rating. A former Legislative Assistant to a U.S. Senator in Washington, Mr. Moore has advised and represented the English and Caribbean governments on legal and IP matters and testified as an expert witness on Caribbean or English law in more than a dozen court cases in State, Federal and U.S. Tax courts.
